Something Witchy This Way Comes: Dover’s 5th Annual Witches Market Returns October 18
Your broomstick may be optional, but a little curiosity is encouraged.
On Sunday, October 18, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., The Groovy Witch brings the 5th Annual Witches Market to downtown Dover, New Hampshire. With free admission, local artisans, spiritual readers, and plenty of intriguing things to discover, it’s an invitation to spend an October afternoon exploring downtown with a witch hat, if the mood strikes.
A Market for the Curious
Along Central Avenue, this year’s artisans will offer everything from handmade decor and oddities to herbal soaps, artwork, jewelry, and witchy wares. The 2026 lineup includes Nine Souls Botanicals, Crescent Sun Studios, Clay+Copper, Mortem Made, Spirit Wise Herbs, Moonrise & Brooms, Sassy Skin & Soul Care, and Witchy Vibe Art, among many others. Wonderful Whimsical Cakes and Magic Moon Baking Company are also on the vendor list, because an afternoon of exploring deserves a treat.
Upstairs at Dover City Hall, 288 Central Avenue, you'll find a gathering place for local tarot and divination readers. For some visitors, a reading is a familiar spiritual practice. For others, it’s a first opportunity to explore something they’ve been curious about. Wherever you fall, the market offers a chance to meet practitioners, ask about their approaches, and decide whether you’d like to book a session.
Just outside City Hall, visitors will also find that Downtown Dover has many other shops to visit after the market. Leave a little room in your day for coffee, wandering into downtown’s independent shops, and a cozy fall lunch or an early dinner.

Planning your visit: Most municipal metered parking is free on Sundays. The Orchard Street Parking Garage and Transportation Center lot remain paid; check posted signs wherever you park.
