HearthWell Recovery

HearthWell Recovery is a comprehensive substance use disorder and mental health treatment program located in Dover, New Hampshire. We provide compassionate, individualized care for adults who need structured support while maintaining connection to their families, careers, and communities.

Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provide different levels of structure based on each individual's clinical needs and stage of recovery. Through evidence-based clinical services, case management, recovery support, and individualized treatment planning, we help clients address not only substance use and mental health concerns, but also the underlying challenges that can impact long-term stability.

At HearthWell Recovery, we believe treatment should extend beyond simply addressing symptoms. Our approach focuses on the whole person and supports clients in developing healthy coping skills, rebuilding relationships, strengthening accountability, establishing daily structure, and creating a sustainable foundation for life in recovery.

Our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to provide continuity of care and ensure each client receives support tailored to their individual goals and circumstances. We also recognize the importance of family involvement, community resources, and strong discharge planning in helping individuals successfully transition through different stages of care.
