Milk St. Studios
Milk St. Studios is an all-in-one musical hub located at 6 Milk St., Dover, NH, created specifically to support musicians of all levels—from hobbyists to professionals.
Founded by Kurt Eddins (who acquired the former flooring business in early 2024), the studio’s mission is to offer a collaborative space where musicians can practice, network, create, and bring their projects to fruition.
The 9,000 sq ft single-floor creative hub has six sound-isolated rehearsal rooms—five rented monthly and the fully equipped “Beatles Room” available hourly for around $30. Alongside rehearsal space, it offers professional recording, mixing, and mastering with in-house producer Frank Itri, custom guitar builds and repairs by luthier John Ayer, music lessons for various instruments, and weekly Tuesday jam sessions that foster a vibrant, supportive music community.
