The Brick

The Brick, formerly known as The Dover Brickhouse has been a local staple in downtown Dover since September of 2004. Our daily menu consists of upscale pub fare, including char-grilled burgers, smoked brisket, nachos, burritos, and even build your own tater tots. We have 26 tap lines which consist of local, national, and international beers, accompanied by a craft cocktail list.. We also feature acoustic music Thursday and Friday, open mic on Tuesdays, and a function space that features 2 indoor golf simulators. We are currently open Tuesday - Sunday, with daily specials, including happy hour and Sunday Brunch.
