Ember Wood Fired Grill

Located in a historic firehouse in downtown Dover New Hampshire, built in 1865. The building served as the local firehouse for several decades, later to be transformed into restaurants Firehouse 1, then the Orchard St. Chop Shop.

Ember Wood Fired Grill features a globally inspired menu with a casual upscale setting. Our menu features offerings from our scratch kitchen such as fresh local seafood, hand-cut steaks, and hand-made pastas. We currently feature over 100 whiskeys and a 24 bottle wine list. Our menu inspiration can be described as American fusion, featuring classic dishes with global influences and vibrant presentation.

Dinner service is available five nights a week, with availability for special events.
